Responsibilities

• Manage Dealer Partner Rewards (DPR) program and quarterly segmentation
• Deliver monthly and ad-hoc reporting with data-driven insights

• Coordinate field and dealer communications on monthly performance updates
• Manage Floor Plan Flex Dollar programs including monthly reporting and exceptions
• Support Flex Dollar program changes, upgrades, and IT implementation
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting requests for Flex Dollar program
• Oversee monthly budget closing and OPEX reporting in collaboration with Finance
• Support invoicing and approvals with vendor owners
• Provide ad-hoc analyses for sales growth as needed

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking an Automotive Dealer Performance Manager/Data Analyst in Orange County CA. This is a Hybrid opportunity.

Pay rate: $44.00 per hour.

Job Summary:

The Manager, Dealer Performance primary responsibilities include managing dealer segmentation programs and their rewards incentive, implementation of initiatives, strategies and action plans to drive sales growth. This role also supports the Sr. Manager, Sales Strategy of new initiatives & strategies development and the ad-hoc requests assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Dealer Segmentation Program Management: Manage Dealer Partner Rewards (DPR) Program and Process including the quarterly segmentation, reporting & cross-functional communication.
• Deliver recurring monthly and ad-hoc reporting with data-driven insights.
• Support the development of new programs and policies including proposal, approvals, monitoring dealer performance and program performance.
• Coordinate field communications and dealer communications on monthly dealer performance, effective segment update, DPR policy, DPR operations, etc.
• Dealer Rewards Management: Manage the Floor Plan Flex Dollar programs including the monthly reporting, exception management.
• Provide the support to the communications from dealers & internal stakeholders regarding Flex Dollar programs, its earning and usage.
• Provide support on Flex Dollar program change, upgrade and the implementation with IT department.
• Support any ad-hoc reporting request regarding Flex Dollar program
• Budget Management & Reporting: Manage the monthly budget closing and OPEX reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting regarding budgeting, forecast, and accrual process.
• Support other vendor owners on their invoicing and approval process
• Ad hoc Reporting & Support: Provide support to any ad-hoc requests including reporting or analyses for sales growth as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Analytics, Marketing, Finance or equivalent combined experience in all disciplines.
• Experience of SQL, SAS or Python programming
• Automotive finance or auto industry experience preferred
• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• Proficient in Data Analytics & Program Management skills
• Ability to analyze financial data, detect trends and derive insights for decision-making
• Proven experience with sales performance analysis, managing budgets, financial projections and reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and other Sales Tools (Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, or other financial reporting software, etc.)
• Experience of SQL, SAS or Python programming is needed
• Proficient in program management skills.
