This dual-role position requires a candidate who excels in managing vehicle titles and also has a strong aptitude for handling accounts payable and receivable tasks. Key Responsibilities

CVR Title Clerk Duties

• Process and manage vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation accurately.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations concerning vehicle titles.
• Collaborate with sales and finance departments to resolve title-related issues promptly.
• Maintain thorough and organized records of all vehicle transactions.

Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Duties

• Manage accounts payable including invoice processing, payment disbursal, and vendor communication.
• Oversee accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a title clerk or in an automotive dealership setting is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in managing AP/AR processes with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
