Performance Columbus is hiring an Administrative Deal Processor to handle daily paperwork for acquired vehicles and support deal funding. You will receive deals, inspect documents, pull titles and MSOs, and prepare checks and funding packets while coordinating with dealership management.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, reliable, team-oriented mindset. On-site position with growth opportunities within the Performance Columbus Family of

Responsibilities

• Process acquired vehicle paperwork daily.
• Receive and inspect deals and ensure accuracy.
• Pull titles and MSOs as required.
• Cut purchase and payoff checks promptly.
• Make copies of records for filing.
• Develop funding packets for deals.
• Communicate with dealership management daily.
• Manage and finalize all held offerings.
• Includes related administrative duties as needed.
