Processes various aspects of the sales contracts by performing the following duties.

Individual must have good interpersonal skills, good communication skills (verbal and written), basic computer knowledge, ability to work well with others, professional appearance, good math and clerical skills, working knowledge of office machines, positive attitude, excellent organization skills. Individual should perform duties with little or no supervision, read and comprehend instructions and information, be able to work weekends and overtime. Individual should be honest, ethical, dependable and a team player.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 6 months of related experience; or one or more years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
