Job summary

Hi-Tech Autobody Inc is seeking an experienced estimator to analyze vehicle damage and determine repair costs. You will inspect vehicles, generate estimates using computerized systems, and negotiate with insurers to ensure fair pricing.

Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in auto body repair are highly preferred. Excellent communication with customers, adjusters, and shops is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Experience in auto body repair or automotive service is highly preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to work with insurers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate vehicle damage to determine repair costs.
• Inspect vehicles to assess damage and identify repairs.
• Use computerized estimating systems to generate accurate repair estimates.
• Review estimates and negotiate with insurance companies for fair pricing.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, policyholders, and repair shops to facilitate claims.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions related to vehicle repairs.
