International Cars LTD in Danvers MA is seeking a detail-oriented CVR Clerk who thrives in an office setting. The successful candidate will register new and used vehicles and handle daily bank deposit reconciliations, billing dealer swaps, and cashier coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• CVR experience or certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly attitude.
• Flexible schedule to cover store hours.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Daily bank deposit reconciliation
• Review funding delays and communicate to management
• Bill out dealer swaps as needed
• Register new and used vehicles through CVR
• Prepare bank contract packages for funding
• Post daily CVR batch
• Post daily contract in transit payments
