Honda North, an International Cars, Ltd., Inc., is seeking a detail‑oriented CVR Clerk to register new and used vehicles and manage daily bank deposit reconciliations in our Danvers, MA office. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CVR Experience / Certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly attitude.
• Flexible schedule to cover store hours.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Daily bank deposit reconciliation.
• Review funding delays and communicate to management.
• Bill out dealer swaps as needed.
• Register new and used vehicles through CVR.
• Prepare bank contract packages for funding.
• Post daily CVR batch.
• Post daily contract in transit payments.
• Stock in used vehicle purchases.
• Daily/monthly G/L reconciliations as assigned.
• Cashier coverage as needed.
• File sales tax abatements as needed.
• Refund customers as needed.
• Reconcile monthly schedules as assigned for month end close.

The CVR Clerk is responsible for registering new and used vehicles among other tasks. They are also responsible for daily bank deposit reconciliations, billing out Dealer swaps and Cashier coverage as needed
