The ideal candidate has a passion for the automotive industry and leadership experience in a sales environment. Base hourly pay is $20–$22 with incentives tied to sales, gross margin, and guest email capture.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive/retail sales environment is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a team and drive guest satisfaction.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate store team to meet sales goals and install accessories for guests.
• Drive results by achieving sales targets and delivering strong guest experiences.
• Ensure professional installations are completed correctly on first attempt.
• Foster long-lasting relationships with guests to promote repeat visits and referrals.
• Build relationships with commercial and fleet accounts to expand business.
• Assist Store Manager with hiring, training, and development of team members.
• Assist with scheduling and office operations to maintain efficient store performance.
• Create a positive, energetic, and professional environment for staff and guests.
