Hireology is seeking a customer-focused cashier to join our dealership operations in New York. You will greet customers, handle payments, process receipts, and support service scheduling with a professional, upbeat demeanor.

The role requires excellent verbal and written communication, strong cash handling, and a proactive, process-driven approach. You will work closely with managers to stay informed on products and pricing, delivering outstanding service daily.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers at the cashier window in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Compute customer bills and close repair orders.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; records amount received.
• Provide refunds or credit memorandums to customers for returned merchandise or as directed by managers.
• Reconcile cash drawer daily.
• Works with department managers to keep abreast of new products and services offered, their features and value, and any changes in price.
• Answers customer questions about service performed or products purchased, or refers them to someone who can.
• Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
• Schedule service appointments
• Customer follow up calls as needed
• Scan documents daily
