Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our Automotive Branch in Bellevue, WA. This full-time role involves assisting customers, processing orders, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Typical hours Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with potential bonuses based on performance. Responsibilities include answering questions about Automotive Sherwin-Williams products, resolving concerns, and handling deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Load and unload products from deliveries.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Operate warehouse vehicles (forklifts, pallet jacks, carts).
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products/services.
• Process sales transactions in the POS accurately.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures and regulations.
• Ensure stockroom is organized and assist with inventory reviews.
• Complete Monthly and Quarterly Safety Training.
• Assist in promoting sales specials and initiatives.
