Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing or Production functions in the automotive industry.
• Expertise in Quality Management Systems, Problem Solving, FMEA, PPAP and Statistics.
• Bachelor degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Organizes and supports customer quality visits and audits, and coordinates corrective actions.
• Proactively visits customer sites as needed to address quality topics.
• Manages customer portal quality data and responds to requests for information.
• Advise on customer specific requirements and ensure compliance with PPAP submissions.
• Review and submit customer documentation such as requalification data and test results.
• Coordinate PPAP submissions and track status with the customer.
• Manage the deviation process with the customer and document actions.
• Lead evaluation of internal non-conformances against customer specs when needed.
• In case of field complaints, document data and initiate corrective actions with the customer.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and ensure proper application of quality tools.
