Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Crew Chief to support the General Manager, guide the crew, and ensure top-notch guest service. This is a frontline leadership role with training for various automotive tasks and growth potential.

You will lead daily huddles, drive sales growth, manage inventory, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment. At least 1–3 years in retail management, strong communication, and a guest-first mindset are required.

Formación

• One to three years of retail management experience; professional automotive experience not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Sound business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze and recommend financial objectives to increase sales and service results.
• Guest-first mindset; professional conduct and appearance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings; set direction to achieve business goals.
• Coach and develop teammates via internal training; provide ongoing guidance and direction.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and guest issue resolution; coordinate with DM on initiatives.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
