The position requires 1–3 years in retail management, strong communication, and a solid understanding of the retail service industry. It is a full-time, on-site role with benefits and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader capable of inspiring and motivating diverse groups.
• Strong business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Able to stand on hard surfaces and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead with GM to drive revenue, guest count, and key sales metrics.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training programs.
• Ensure quality control, safety, and guest satisfaction across the center.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and store operations with the DM.
• Lead daily huddles, set direction, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
