Grease Monkey #41 is seeking a courteous technician for full service oil changes in our Mooresville, NC location. You will assist with vacuuming, window cleaning, tire pressure checks, and basic vehicle prep to create a positive customer impression.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. You will work safely with basic tools and contribute to center maintenance while supporting a fast-paced team focused on reliability and customer care.

Qualifications

• Basic literacy and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and licensed to operate motor vehicles; ability to use basic hand tools.
• Attention to detail.
• No previous experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Work safely, wear safety gear.
• Prepare vehicle for service; place seat cover and floor mat.
• Drive vehicle into bay and perform light check.
• Release the hood, unlock doors, roll up windows, secure keys.
• Assist in documenting service information and vehicle damage.
• Vacuum interior, set tire pressure, clean exterior windows and mirrors.
• Prepare/affix static sticker, start vehicle and check oil pressure.
• Drive vehicle to pickup area and present to customer.
• Thank customers and invite them to return.
