Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of corporate legal experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local laws affecting the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with legal research tools and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws governing automotive sales.
• Draft, review, and negotiate sales agreements and contracts.
• Advise on employment practices and ensure labor law compliance.
• Manage litigation and dispute resolution for the company.
• Oversee real estate transactions for dealership locations.
• Support corporate governance and advise on regulations.
