Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Franchise Automotive Dealer Group Controller in Clovis, NM. This full-time hybrid role oversees financial operations across the dealership group, including general ledger management, monthly closes, and financial statement preparation for multiple locations.

You will ensure compliance with manufacturers, lenders, and regulators; supervise accounting staff; monitor cash flow; and provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership to drive profitability and improved

Qualifications

• Experience with general ledger, month-end close across multiple rooftops.
• Budgeting and forecasting with variance analysis for multi-location groups.
• Proficiency with DMS and accounting software; strong data reconciliation.
• Knowledge of manufacturers, lenders, regulators compliance; audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting staff and supervise financial reporting across all stores.
• Manage reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and coordinate budgets/forecasts.
• Provide insights to executives to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer, lender, and regulatory requirements.
