Holmes Motors INC is seeking an Automotive Controller to lead the accounting function across multiple dealership locations. The role requires deep automotive accounting knowledge and a track record of building stronger financial systems. You will partner with leadership to manage margins, cash flow, and operational performance.

You will own month-end closes, financial reporting, and team development while driving process improvements and system implementations to scale as the company grows.

Formación

• Automotive accounting experience is required.
• Dealership accounting has its own rhythm, controls, and inventory challenges.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience leading and developing an accounting team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle accounting and financial reporting across multiple dealership locations
• Ensure timely, accurate month-end and year-end financial closes
• Oversee reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger
• Maintain strong financial controls and procedures
• Develop and improve reporting for management
• Lead and coach accounting staff
• Support CFO and exec team with financial analysis for growth and decisions
• Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
