Eaton is seeking a Continuous Improvement Director for its Mobility division in Southfield, MI. This key role focuses on executing the Lean Journey and improving manufacturing processes.

You will partner with leaders across various regions and plants to drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring safety, quality, and delivery metrics are met. The position offers a salary range of $146,000 - $215,000 annually, along with a variable incentive program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing including global or regional responsibility.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing plants including Lean Manufacturing program implementation.
• Minimum of 5 years supporting automotive product lines.

Responsibilities

• Promote a CI strategy that sustains a continuous improvement culture.
• Drive the execution of Lean Manufacturing Principles.
• Create a Model Plant roadmap to raise the bar on processes.
