Qualifications

• Construction field leadership experience on industrial projects.
• Strong safety and quality improvement mindset.
• Proven ability to manage field schedules and trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations with PM, client and team to deliver safely, on schedule, and on budget.
• Plan, sequence and manage day-to-day field work including look-ahead scheduling.
• Set safety, quality and Lean tone onsite and hold teams accountable.
• Coordinate with subs, suppliers and design team to keep work moving.
• Build trust-based relationships with owner, partners and trades.
• Coach and develop field engineers and craft personnel.
