Barton Malow is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our team on an automotive project in Spring Hill, Tennessee. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor onsite construction engineering work and act as the link between the project team, the architects and engineers, and the owner.

As changes occur, you will ensure everyone hears about them clearly and in time to act. The role emphasizes safety, schedule protection, and proactive site leadership on large, complex projects.

Competenze

• Must have a 4-year engineering or related degree.
• Experience in construction project engineering or management is preferred.
• OSHA 30 Hour certification is preferred.
• Industrial or automotive project experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support to resolve and track project issues.
• Manage all project document control.
• Process submittals and RFIs, and keep design decisions moving.
• Maintain the project schedule.
• Prepare and issue meeting minutes.
• Support procurement by distributing bidding documents and tracking bidders.
• Evaluate contractor quotations for changes and process change orders.
• Assist with planning and managing site logistics.
• Manage plan review and approval with local/state municipalities.
• Enforce Barton Malow safety policies on the jobsite.
• Guide less experienced engineers and interns.
