Job summary

Mercedes Benz of Calabasas, part of Sonic Automotive, is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet guests by phone and in person and to support multiple departments with a professional demeanor. The role involves answering a multi-line system, coordinating visitor sign-in, and assisting with special projects as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of receptionist experience, strong communication and computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel), and is authorized to work in the USA.

Qualifications

• Will have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Will have at least 1-year of experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment.
• Must be a motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision.
• Must be punctual, with solid time-management skills.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line telephone system and route to the appropriate department.
• Greet guests and coordinate visitor escort with the appropriate department.
• Oversee the visitor sign-in and security process.
• Assist various departments with special projects as needed.
