Job summary

Mercedes Benz of Calabasas is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet guests, answer a multi-line phone system, and provide information to visitors in a timely, professional manner. You will support multiple departments and ensure a smooth front-desk operation.

The role requires excellent interpersonal and written communication, at least one year of receptionist experience, and basic MS Office skills. Base hourly pay ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 with opportunities for growth and benefits as

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist in a professional environment.
Motivated self-starter able to work with limited supervision.
Intermediate computer skills in Word, Outlook and Excel.
Punctual with solid time-management skills.
High School Diploma.
All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test and valid driver license.

Responsibilities

Answer multi-line telephone system and route calls to appropriate departments.
Greet guests and determine their needs, routing them to the right department for escort.
Oversee visitor sign-in and security process.
