Job summary
Diehl Collision of Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our collision repair team in Pittsburgh, PA. You will perform diagnostics, mechanical repairs, and ADAS-related work to restore vehicles to proper operating condition following collision repairs.
We value quality workmanship and safe operation, and you will collaborate with collision technicians, estimators, and parts personnel to provide accurate documentation and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in automotive diagnostics, mechanical repairs and collision-related work.
- Familiarity with suspension, steering, brakes and alignments.
- Experience with ADAS-related repairs and calibration coordination.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues related to automotive collision damage.
- Perform suspension, steering, and brake system repairs.
- Inspect and repair damaged mechanical components.
- Perform wheel alignments and suspension adjustments as needed.
- Diagnose electrical and electronic system issues.
- Complete engine, transmission, and drivetrain repairs when required.
- Communicate repair recommendations and findings to collision estimators and management.
