Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in collision repair or refinishing.
• Proficient in aluminum, steel, and structural repair.
• I-CAR/ASE certifications preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Perform complete body and structural repairs on a variety of vehicles.
• Tear-downs, damage assessments, and reassembly.
• Prep and refinish vehicles to OEM or higher standards.
• Follow manufacturer repair guidelines for quality and safety.
