Classic Collision Corporate Services LLC in Fridley, MN seeks an experienced Body Tech to join a high-volume collision repair center. Earning potential is $75k - $125k+ annually with room for growth and advancement.

You will disassemble and inspect vehicles, ensure repairs are identified to minimize time, and maintain safety and quality standards while delivering workmanship of the highest level. Competitive benefits, 401(k) match, PTO, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualificações

• 18+ years of age.
• 2–3 years collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Customer-focused attitude with ability to work in a team.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Background check required.
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability and teamwork.
• Strives for excellent customer service and innovative problem solving.
• Contributes to a positive team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Complete disassembly to assist estimators in creating a 100% repair plan.
• Ensure identified repairs to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Follow work orders to plan procedures for all operations.
• Remove upholstery and access damaged areas; store parts properly.
• Repair body panels, weld or replace parts, and reassemble after painting.
• Operate hand and power tools and ensure proper safety standards.
• Prepare surfaces by filing, grinding, and sanding before painting.
• Inspect and test drive vehicles for safety and quality compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned and follow SOPs.
