In this role, you will oversee the operations of our collision center, ensuring high-quality repair services, excellent customer satisfaction, and efficient workflow management. You will lead a skilled team of technicians and coordinate with insurance companies and customers to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the collision repair center, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
• Ensure the highest quality standards in vehicle repairs and customer service are consistently met.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters to facilitate estimates, approvals, and claims processing.
• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and environmental policies.
• Train, mentor, and develop collision center employees to enhance performance and productivity.
• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies, and liaise with vendors as needed.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, striving for total customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports on operational performance, costs, and customer feedback.
