Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in collision repair estimating.
• Extensive knowledge of vehicle structures to remove/replace components.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, occasionally 70+ lbs.
• Strong negotiation skills and customer service orientation.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, production environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged areas and assess repair scope.
• Estimate labor and parts costs for repairs.
• Prepare insurance forms showing repair costs.
• Communicate with customers about vehicle damage, costs and insurance.
• Draft work orders and enter repairs into the system(s).
• Maintain records of all repairs in company files.
