Job summary

Inalfa Roof Systems Group B.V. is seeking a CMM Programmer to maintain gage certification data and operate CMM equipment in the Quality Lab.

You will write programs with PCDMIS, read GD&T prints, and support gage development to ensure dimensional accuracy for automotive roof systems. The role requires 5+ years in CMM programming and automotive quality, with strong GD&T expertise and proficiency in GageTrack, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience programming and running a CMM.
• 5+ years automotive quality experience.
• Expert level in GD&T and print reading.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and GageTrack.

Responsibilities

• Manage and report on the status of the gage certification database.
• Prepare gage certification procedures and documentation and certify gages.
• Maintain inventory for CMM lab gages and equipment.
• Operate and maintain CMM, optical comparator, and related equipment.
• Obtain quotes and arrange certification/repair of lab equipment.
• Generate and present reports on gage performance and GD&T compliance.
