Hourly base pay rate is $19.57 - $29.38/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the range based on location, skills, and experience. Position may be eligible for additional compensation such as commissions or incentives.

What You’ll Do

You’ll handle buyer-seller interactions, coordinate vehicle inspections, review claims, investigate complex cases, communicate with involved departments, evaluate claims, mediate disputes, maintain accurate case files, escalate issues when needed, and perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

You’re detail-oriented. Minimum requirements include:

  • High school diploma/GED and 3 years of related experience in claims management or investigation
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Strong organizational skills

Preferred: 3+ years of automotive, mechanical, or body shop experience.
