You’ll handle buyer-seller interactions, coordinate vehicle inspections, review claims, investigate complex cases, communicate with involved departments, evaluate claims, mediate disputes, maintain accurate case files, escalate issues when needed, and perform other duties as assigned.
Who You Are
You’re detail-oriented. Minimum requirements include:
Preferred: 3+ years of automotive, mechanical, or body shop experience.
