Job summary

AMMEX Corporation in the United States seeks a Channel Development Manager, Automotive to drive profitable sales growth by managing distributor, reseller, and manufacturer representative partners across the automotive market on the West Coast. You will strengthen AMMEX's market presence through strategic relationship building and collaborative business plans with partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales/channel management or related field
• Experience growing distributor/reseller/partner networks
• Proven ability to execute partner growth plans
• Ability to influence across executives and teams
• Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision making
• Experience in automotive channel a plus

Responsibilities

• Build and scale glove sales within the Automotive channel
• Implement scalable sales processes for channel growth
• Maximize value of existing customers and programs
• Develop deep market understanding and growth strategies
• Collaborate with leadership to drive long-term growth
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience
