Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of management experience in the automotive industry or a mobile service business.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.

Aufgaben

• Oversee overall operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.
• Monitor current financial performance metrics and review previous month’s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with SOPs and industry guidelines.
