Theisen's, Inc. is seeking a Category Manager for Automotive at our Store Support Center. You will oversee the automotive category, analyze market trends, set pricing strategies, and manage assortments to drive store profitability.

You will partner with marketing, sales, store planning, and operations to implement category plans, negotiate with suppliers, and develop best-in-class planograms based on space and volume. This role requires strategic thinking and strong analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Market analysis: Conduct in-depth research on market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for category growth.
• Strategy development: Create and execute category strategies including pricing, promotional plans, product assortment, and space allocation to maximize sales and profitability.
• Product management: Manage the product lifecycle including introductions, discontinuations, and planograms based on sales and space.
• Supplier management: Negotiate terms, search for new suppliers, and perform quarterly reviews to maximize assortment and value.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, store planning, operations and DC to implement strategies; visit stores.
• Data analysis: Use systems to track performance, identify trends, and inform decisions.
