The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Cashier/Receptionist to join at North Palm Hyundai. You will handle customer transactions, calculate bills, and process payments to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Ideal candidates are accurate, with strong communication skills and a professional appearance. This role requires flexibility and may include weekends and holidays to support dealership operations.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cashier experience in automotive dealership is a plus.
• Excellent communication and professional appearance required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen as per law.

Responsabilidades

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
• Ascertain and record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits and verify against all payments at end of shift.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to appropriate staff for resolution.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Located at North Palm Hyundai, the Cashier/Receptionist is critical to our customer’s experience. The Cashier/Receptionist is responsible for handling customer transactions, calculating bills, and processing payments. The ideal candidate must be accurate and customer-focused

Job Responsibilities:

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers

• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
• Able to work a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Cashier experience, automotive dealership experience is a plus
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
