Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group in Lake Park, FL, is seeking a Cashier/Receptionist for Northlake Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. You will handle customer transactions, process payments, and ensure accuracy at the register to support a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma and cashier experience; automotive dealership exposure is a plus. A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is expected to help cover peak times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cashier experience; automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
• Ascertain and record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits and verify against all cash, checks and credit card payments on hand at end of shift.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
• Able to work a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
