Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2-5 years of capacity planning, supply chain analysis or manufacturing operations experience.
• Strong data analysis and modeling skills with the ability to translate data into supply chain strategy.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills to drive consensus among Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Experience with ERP/PLM systems and MS Excel is essential.
• Familiarity with APW and MPW concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain vehicle volumes and market allocations based on FPV data.
• Perform capacity analyses and What-If studies to guide requirements and assess volume changes.
• Identify commodity constraints and manufacturing gaps; collaborate cross-functionally to resolve launch risks.
• Manage changes in vehicle volumes, feature rates, BOMs to mitigate supply risks.
• Lead cross-functional consensus meetings with Sales and Marketing to align demand with capability.
• Bridge the gap between Free Demand and Funded Supplier Capacity to align supplier investments.
