You'll answer calls, chats, and inquiries, schedule appointments, and guide prospects through initial steps with a professional, friendly demeanor. This role offers fast-paced teamwork and real opportunities for career growth within our family-owned organization.

• Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the dealership team.
• Respond quickly and professionally using phone, email, text, and CRM tools.
• Provide customers with initial vehicle and dealership information.
• Assist customers with basic financing information and next steps.
• Follow up with leads not yet ready to purchase or with missed appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and daily CRM activity.
• Work with sales teams and leadership to improve customer experience and appointment success.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvement sessions.

What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for customers interested in our vehicles and services while helping create an outstanding dealership experience.

• Answer inbound customer calls, internet inquiries, and live chat requests
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the dealership team
• Respond quickly and professionally using phone, email, text, and CRM communication tools
• Provide customers with initial vehicle and dealership information
• Assist customers with basic financing information and next steps
• Follow up consistently with leads that are not yet ready to purchase or missed appointments
• Maintain accurate customer records and daily activity within the CRM system
• Work closely with sales teams and dealership leadership to improve customer experience and appointment success
• Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvement sessions

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
