Fred Beans Automotive Group is seeking a Business Development Representative for our Ford store in Doylestown, PA. You will provide customer service via internet, phone, email, and text, qualify inbound leads, and support both retail and commercial sales teams.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred—can substitute HS diploma and 3 years related experience.
• One year of relevant experience preferred (call center, sales, automotive, BDC).
• Experience providing customer service via internet, phone, email, and text.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and support to existing and prospective customers via internet, phone, email, and text.
• Qualify inbound leads as sales opportunities and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Assist retail and commercial sales teams with scheduling appointments and follow-up.
• Build rapport and nurture relationships with customers and address concerns; escalate when needed.
• Manage and maintain electronic records using CRM and Microsoft tools.

Requirements

What you’ll do:

• Provide customer service and support to existing and prospective customers via internet, phone, email, and text.
• Qualify inbound leads as sales opportunities and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist retail and commercial sales teams with scheduling appointments and follow-up.
• Build rapport and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers. Address customer concerns and escalates as appropriate.
• Manage and maintain electronic records using various technologies, including CRM and Microsoft tools.
• Maintain working knowledge of dealership products, services, procedures, and policies.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Summary

What you’ll need:
