Job summary

Honda of Princeton is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Automotive Bookkeeper to join our dealership accounting team in Princeton, NJ. The ideal candidate will have automotive dealership accounting experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($18.00–$21.00) and a schedule of approximately 20–25 hours per week. Earned sick leave is provided in accordance with New Jersey law, with opportunities for growth within a stable dealership

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership accounting experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Post daily deposits accurately and promptly.
• Maintain and reconcile schedules related to deposits.
• Receive, record, and maintain accounts receivable.
• Post invoices and ensure accurate accounting entries.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of deposits, receivables, and other financial data.
• Review entries for accuracy and completeness.
• Help maintain compliance with dealership policies and regulations.
• Assist with additional accounting duties as needed.
