Job summary

Responsibilities

• Post Retail / Lease Deals, Wholesale Deals and Swap
• Maintain all Schedules pertaining to deals
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Review and maintain accurate New/Used Gross Profit records
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of vehicle deals and related paperwork
• Help maintain compliance with dealership policies and applicable regulations
• Work closely with dealership Sales Management & Office Manager to maintain strong internal controls, accurate records, and efficient office operations.
