Responsibilities

• Post daily deposits accurately and promptly.
• Maintain and reconcile schedules related to deposits.
• Receive, record, and maintain accounts receivable.
• Post invoices and ensure accurate accounting entries.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of deposits, receivables, and other financial data.
• Review entries for accuracy and completeness.
• Help maintain compliance with dealership policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist with additional accounting duties as needed.
