Abra Auto Body & Glass in Minnesota is seeking full-time experienced Auto Body Technicians for the Chanhassen and Woodbury locations. Join a locally owned, established shop with a 30-year track record and a focus on quality collision repair.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in auto body repair, knowledge of manufacturer repair processes, ability to use frame and measuring equipment, and good communication with estimators.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of manufacturer’s repair processes and ABRA’s procedures.
• Ability to use frame and measuring equipment per vendor procedures.
• Able to identify parts and communicate with estimators.
• 3+ years of experience in Auto Body Repair
• Participation in on-going I-CAR Training Courses

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles to ABRA quality standards.
• Coordinate with estimators to identify parts and timing.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with shop procedures.

We are looking for an experienced Journeyman body tech.

• Knowledge of manufacturer’s repair processes & adherence to ABRA’s technical repair processes.
• Ability to use frame and measuring equipment per vendor procedures.
• Able to identify parts and communicate with estimators
• Needs to be dependable and work as a team member.
• Technical degree and/or 3+ year's experience in Auto Body Repair industry.
• Participation in on-going I-Car Training Courses
• Required - 3+ years of experience.

Hours for position: Between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (dependent on business need) Monday - Friday; No weekends.

**Compensation for this role is dependent upon previous experience. As a company we are very competitive in the collision industry
