Abra Auto Glass l Minnesota & Western Wisconsin in Elk River, MN is seeking a skilled Auto Glass Technician to join our family-owned team. This full-time role focuses on high-quality glass repair and installation with a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

You will work a Monday–Friday daytime schedule, no weekends, with opportunities for growth and access to a comprehensive benefits package as part of a stable, tool-rich work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in auto glass repair.
• Thorough knowledge of glass repair processes.
• Ability to work independently to complete jobs.
• Detail oriented with focus on quality.
• Must have a valid state driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

We are looking for team members that meet the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience
• thorough knowledge in glass repair processes
• ability to work independently to complete jobs.
• A person who can deliver quality repair with a commitment to total detail in their work while training and thereafter.
• Must maintain a valid state driver's license in order to drive any customer or company vehicle.
• Must be dependable and able to work with a trainer and independently.
• Ability to problem solve while working independently
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Stand for long periods of time
• Show strong attention to detail
• show strong knowledge automotive glass types, adhesives, & installation methods
• Enjoys and takes pride in their work

Hours for position: Between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (dependent on business need) Monday - Friday; No weekends. Compensation for this role is dependent upon previous experience. As a company we are very competitive in the collision industry Come join a great team of dedicated team members.
