What You’ll Do

• Assessing and documenting damage on vehicles brought in for repairs.
• Providing accurate and detailed repair estimates to customers and insurance companies.
• Collaborating with technicians and parts departments to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs.
• Communicating with customers to address their concerns and keep them informed about the repair progress.
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through professionalism and excellent service.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven 3 year experience as an automotive body shop estimator.
• Knowledge of collision repair processes and industry standards.
• Proficiency in using estimating software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to accurately assess vehicle damage.
• Certification from a recognized body shop estimator training program is a plus.
