Cox Automotive - USA is hiring an Estimator II QC at Manheim in Texas. The role provides estimation services for an auction area, with reconditioning estimates for body, detail, and mechanic work, and requires collaboration with maintenance teams.

The position is on-site with day shifts, offering competitive hourly pay and benefits from day one, plus training through Cox Auto University. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma/GED and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years in a related field, or advanced degree with 1+ year experience, or 5+ years in related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides estimation services for an assigned auction area.
• Provides accurate reconditioning estimates for body, detail, and mechanic services.
• Communicates estimates to maintenance and other teams to initiate work.
• Works with procurement to ensure accurate pricing of parts and supplies.
• Monitors repair status, timelines, and customer communications.
• Keeps records of repair details and completes paperwork.
• Demonstrates safety and participates in safety activities.
