Lou Fusz Ford Inc in Maryland Heights, MO is seeking an experienced CarCoster to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least one year of automotive dealership accounting and billing experience, with exposure to the title process.

You will post car sales to accounting, process payoffs, handle registrations, prepare title work, and support month‑end activities. We value initiative, accuracy, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive dealership accounting or billing.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Willingness to take initiative and be proactive.
• Strong writing and grammar skills.
• Computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Process, analyze, and post car sales to accounting.
• Process all payoffs.
• Verify state lien notices are filed in a timely manner.
• Process out‑of‑state registration for new and pre‑owned vehicles.
• Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit appropriate paperwork in a timely manner.
• Reconcile aftermarket products sold throughout the month.
• Participate in month‑end activities, including reconciling schedules, remitting payments for aftermarket products, and reconciling and updating costs in car sale deals.
