Job summary

Courtesy Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Billing Clerk in Phoenix to join our team. You will handle payoff checks, coordinate with Sales and Finance, and ensure accurate billing for vehicle sales and services.

This full-time, hourly role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and experience with billing software (CDK Global preferred). A valid driver’s license is required; pre-employment drug screening and background checks are standard.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Biller, automotive industry experience required.
• Strong understanding of billing processes and financial transactions.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in relevant software applications for billing and invoicing.
• Experience with CDK Global is preferred.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Promptly initiate and process payoff checks each morning.
• Coordinate with the finance department to gather necessary information related to car deals.
• Streamline information exchanges with the accounting team.
• Regularly review and address car deals pending in accounting.
• Ensure the accuracy of the inventory schedule and submit Journal Vouchers to the CFO before posting.
