Job summary

Grubbs Family of Dealerships is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to support the accounting team. You will bill out vehicle deals, process orders, and ensure accuracy and timeliness across the dealership's financials.

Ideal candidates have automotive dealership billing experience, strong numerical skills, and proficiency with Excel and DMS platforms like Tekion, CDK, or Reynolds. This office-based role offers growth within a family-owned business and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive dealership accounting or billing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Familiarity with DMS platforms (Tekion, CDK, Reynolds) is a plus.
• Proficient with Excel and general office software.
• Highly organized, dependable, and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Bill out vehicle deals accurately and on time.
• Process repair orders, parts invoices, and related paperwork.
• Verify costs, fees, and gross on each deal before posting.
• Maintain organized, reconciled records for month-end close.
• Communicate with sales, service, and F&I to resolve discrepancies.
• Keep deal jackets and accounting paperwork audit-ready.
• Support controller and office manager with schedules and reconciliations.
