HGreg Hyundai of Dundalk is seeking a Billing Administrator in Dundalk, MD to ensure accurate billing and timely payments for customers and vendors. The role requires posting car deals, receipting transactions, and organizing deal paperwork with attention to detail.

You will also handle trade payoff processing, generate commission reports, and manage payables/receivables while providing strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience formatting invoices and understanding billing regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Billing all new and used car deals and posting to the accounting system.
• Receipting all transactions related to car deals.
• Organizing all paperwork per deal (signatures, VIN verification).
• Processing trade payoff checks and mailing to lenders.
• Generating and maintaining sales commission reports.
• Managing payables and receivables.
