Qualifications

• Data entry and basic accounting tasks are required.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide; ability to calculate figures and amounts.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and general accounting transactions.
• Receipt of funds and posting payoffs on traded vehicles.
• Write checks on behalf of the dealership and reconcile schedules.
• Post invoices and deal recaps; ensure paperwork is complete and filed correctly.
• Learn vehicle inventory and calculate sales commissions.
