Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Biller at Napleton Auto Park of Urbana to ensure accurate billing of vehicles from the Finance Department and maintain smooth cash flow.

Ideal candidates have automotive billing experience, HS diploma, and familiarity with CDK is a plus. The role includes background checks, benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid vacation and training, with opportunities for growth at a family‑owned group.

Qualifications

• Automotive billing experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CDK experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check per local laws.
• Must be 18+ years or older to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper billing of vehicles by calculating profits, setting up receivables/liabilities, and calculating sales commissions.
• Reconcile Dealer Reserve statements and product submissions.
• Process payments to floor plan institutions.
• Research and resolve discrepancies or problems with the billing process.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
